Harbor View History
Harbor View was designed with three phases and 1200 homes that were developed in the late 1960s.  Each phase has its own Home Owners Association.  The original developer was Bren and he designed the community around six different models.  The homes originally sold for approximately $30,000.   Today, Harbor View is laced with custom homes, remodeled homes and original homes.
